When you decided to quit from smoking you have to prepare your self. While you are preparing you have to know how you can do it. If you really want to quite from smoking decide completely. Avoid negative thoughts about how difficult it might be. Keep in your mind what is your reason for doing this. Repeat one of the reasons in many times, every night before going to bed.
Quitting is not easy, have the realistic expectations or prospect. You will find out that it’s not impossible. In the first week after quitting, the most relapses occur, when withdrawal symptoms are strongest and your body is still dependent on nicotine. Use all your personal resources like your willpower, family, and friends, and be alert that this will be your hardest time, to get you through this critical period successfully and effectively.
